It is hard living day-to-day not feeling your best, or watching someone you care for struggle. It is also hard when we experience bad things and feel like there is no one who understands. Wounds on the inside sometimes do not get the same validation as wounds on the outside. On top of that, it can feel embarrassing to share our story with someone else. However, keeping that story in can lead to more mental health or health problems later on. Counseling provides a confidential place to talk about your struggles and find solutions to feeling better. I understand how difficult it can be to talk about problems. It is my goal to provide you with a warm and welcoming space so that you can share your story. I want you to be heard, validated, and know that nothing is ever too much to share. I focus in treating anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I have experience working with children and veterans. I know that when you are experiencing problems, it is important to feel better quickly.
