You do not have to be an artist or be good at art to open a window onto the meaning of images, dreams, metaphors that can speak deeply to you of who you are and where you are going. For children, adolescents and adults creating means getting in touch with deep inner truths that can be hard to accept but also liberating. Our personal images can move us through obstacles and despair toward change and self-acceptance. As we open emotionally and connect to our own stories we feel vibrant, empowered, and fully alive. My approach is sensitive and nonjudgmental. I listen deeply in order to understand who you are. My background in Jungian psychology and image making can help you navigate your inner landscape.
