I am a very solution focused therapist and Im here to accompany you on your journey. Whether were are dealing with psychological issues such as depression, anxiety, anger, mood disorders etc. or life issues such as marital, custody, teen issues, divorce or job transitions, we are a team to help create the best quality of life that we can. I work with teens and couples often. I also enjoy working with women’s issues around making changes and self care. I really have a varied practice whether it be adolescent problems or military trauma issues and I enjoy each experience. I use a wide range of modalities including cognitive talking therapy or traditional methods, including past history and resolving childhood issues. I also encourage my clients to include their spiritual strengths and beliefs including modern teachers and life coaches who are inspirational
