I am a client-centered therapist, I see my role as that of an empowering support and a very well prepared ally in this process. I specialize in work with youth and families who are dealing with a mental health condition as well as young men and women who seek support for parenting, relationship conflict or transition into adulthood (single life, dating, career, relocation, cultural identity). I have years of experience helping others understand and deal with depression, anxiety, complex mood issues, attention and stress-related diagnoses.
