Therapist Overview

Feeling stuck, the weight of grief, or overly stressed? Struggling with trauma? I’ve got you. You will find I am incredibly passionate about working with & advocating for veteran and LGBTQIA+ communities. I work with people on guilt, anger, PTSD, moral injury, and self-medication. I understand these issues tend to impact the other, which makes it more difficult to manage. I would love to help you get unstuck and have the skills needed to keep pushing forward through this difficult time. I use an Existential and Humanistic therapeutic approach, while integrating skills from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to best serve individual needs. I understand everyone comes to therapy from their own personal walks of life. We will work together in a safe environment, free from judgment, in the quest to help you live a healthier and fuller life. By highlighting and encouraging growth, we can work together to find the internal blocks which are limiting your ability to move forward and heal.
