Therapist Overview
As a sex therapist and marriage and family therapist I recognize the struggles clients bring in with them. Whether they’re struggling to talk about sex, challenges with desire, problems about being on the same page sexually, erectile dysfunction, sexual pain, infidelity, LGBTQIA concerns and even alcohol and drug addiction. My goal is to help make our sessions feel comfortable and safe to be able to explore what is needed. I offer different approaches based on the clients needs. With some clients I use more of a solution focused approach while other clients need something a bit slower to help them process through their situation. I design my sessions uniquely off of what I think would be best for that specific client. As someone who grew up in a sex positive household, I see the benefits in being able to have that open, non-judgemental conversation. I see the need for people to connect with themselves in order to be able to know how to connect with their partner. I am here to help reduce shame, strengthen connection and increase intimacy.
