Dr. Leah Puddester

You are not alone. When the storms of life hit and we feel at our lowest, it is hard to see that this trouble will end or that there are brighter days ahead. It is also hard to know where to start on our journey to feeling better. You don’t have to do this alone. As a licensed psychologist, it is my honor to walk alongside individuals as they face challenges of many kinds. I help individuals draw on their inherent strengths and deliver sound and ethical treatment. I believe people change most when they feel supported and safe, and my primary focus is creating a safe space and trusting relationship between myself and my client. I am a doctoral-trained psychologist, and I use empirically supported treatments of a variety of conditions, including depression, anxiety, and trauma. I specialize in working with women going through a variety of challenges. I also hold the Perinatal Mental Health Certification, helping women and their partners in the pregnancy and postpartum period. The first step of reaching out is often the hardest.
