I offer a variety of counseling services to adults and coupes. My therapeutic style could be described as intuitive, empathic, friendly, and interested. Although sessions are informal and conversational, I will stay “in the trenches” with you to provide support through confusing and challenging times. Beyond support, my mission is to empower and uplift by facilitating self-awareness, self-acceptance, and celebrating self- expression. So, to that end, I am committed to my own spiritual practice, personal authenticity, and self-care. I draw upon the wisdom of a multitude of systems including the Enneagram and the teachings of various masters in their field. For 29 years, I have successfully treated stress, anxiety, depression, phobias, PTSD, among other problems utilizing EMDR, cognitive-behavioral, and psychodynamic approaches. Virtual and phone sessions are available. I am a participating provider in and with many insurance panels and EAP plans.
