Therapist Overview
My hope is to partner with my clients on their journey for personal growth and healing. I have experience working with a number of populations and believe that the healing is in the therapeutic relationship. I will work to provide coping skills and education to empower my clients. I will hold space for my clients so that they may share their stories and heal. I have been working in the field since 1999, when I was working on my bachelor’s in psychology from Berry College. I went back to school and obtained my masters in professional counseling from Georgia State university. I have sought additional training in the areas of anxiety, women’s issues, sexual health , depression, trauma and alternative therapies. I most recently went to a training with Dr Clarissa Pinkola Estes. If you are interested in doing the work to heal, please reach out. You do not have to journey alone.
