I know what that is like and am here in compassion to help you find that anchor of well-being again. Even after 1 or 2 sessions, I can help you reset your coping to begin your healing process. As we continue to work together with your process, you will gain greater insight and be better equipped at navigating challenges. I have 20+ years working with people who have complex backgrounds. I am adept at helping people navigate through their concerns to support healing from trauma, recovery from self medicating, and bring balance to chronic mind/body conditions.
