I help people who are grieving and feeling stuck after their loss, whether the loss comes from the death of a loved one (including beloved pets), dementia, addiction, chronic illness, divorce, miscarriage/stillbirth, infertility, or life transitions. I partner with you to help you explore how you are feeling, find new ways to cope and make a plan for moving forward as you are ready. There is no right way to grieve and no predictable timeline.
