I strive to create a warm and caring atmosphere to help you gain perspective and take action toward your goals. Some people find they need only brief, solution-focused therapy and some are seeking long-term support. Together, we will decide what is right for you. I have experience working with children, adolescents and adults but I primarily treat adults and teens. I view every client as unique therefore therapy is tailored to your individual needs; however, we will often identify thoughts, behaviors, and relationship patterns that are causing you pain and look for helpful alternatives to replace them.
