So, you’ve been feeling anxious, depressed, hopeless, or just “empty.” By now, I’m sure you’ve tried everything you can think of to solve your problems. I won’t make false promises and I don’t offer my clients trendy “miracle cures.” But – with a little hard work – I know that we can begin the process of turning things around for you. I’m trained in both psychodynamic and psychoanalytic psychotherapy. Most often, I meet with clients in psychodynamic therapy for one 50-minute session / week.
