Anger is a natural basic human emotion that is often used to express negative feelings. Anger is a secondary emotion, usually a reaction to underlying emotions such as frustration, hurt, loss, or disrespect. Road rage, violent behavior, verbal abuse, aggression, intimidation, and lack of empathy, are examples of issues that benefit from anger management. My goal is to teach people to identify, understand and defuse their own anger by learning healthy expressions of anger that are acceptable to society, so that violence and self-destructive behavior can be avoided. Anger can be centered around almost anything that affect ones daily living and thought process. If one is acceptance of wiliness to grow emotionally it can lead to less stress and increase happiness which most people would want in life.
