I specialize in neurobiology-informed psychotherapy to address anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, attachment issues, etc.. My approach is integrative and whole person wellbeing focused. Psychological issues closely interact with physical health issues, such as chronic illness/pain, energy deficiency, sleeping, memory loss, eating/weight issues, etc. In therapy, I will work with you on the interdependent issues from psychological, biological, and environmental aspects and help you gain insights of your mind, body, and experiences, and use practical strategies to obtain healing and improve your quality of life. I use a unique integrated clinical approach that combines neurobiology science of emotional, interpersonal, physical, and cognitive dynamics with evidence-based psychotherapy practices, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic, sensory motor therapy, and mindfulness to help you reduce emotional and physical stress and regain a balance of life. I have over 10 years of experience of working in both hospital and mental health outpatient settings. I have enjoyed working with individuals and families to help them achieve their wellbeing goals.
