Life is hard. Whether through times of transition, loss, or challenging experiences, I believe in the power of therapy to support you in feeling better and gaining constancy. What this means for you is that I have a strong belief in your ability to grow and change in the context of an open, empathic, and non-judgmental therapeutic relationship. With this, our work together will be supportive so you reach your desired goal(s) and fullest potential. Through therapy, my hope is that you learn more about yourself and patterns of behavior. I have received training to utilize CBT through the Beck Institute. I have received training in life span theory, which is the understanding on how events in our childhood resonate through our life. I have vast experience working with adolescents through life struggles. I enjoy working with issues related to life transitions, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and identity development. While life is hard, it can also be fulfilling. I would welcome the opportunity to work with you to navigate life and begin to feel better.
