Therapist Overview

I have a strong belief in the devastating impact of trauma and oppression, as well as the transformative nature of pain and suffering. I seek to provide a supportive space that encourages presence, curiosity, and growth while acknowledging the complexity and depth of human experience and relationships. Through greater understanding of self within a warm and attuned relationship, I believe that people are more able to access connectedness, joy, and personal power. I work with individuals experiencing challenges related to difficult life transitions, racial and sexual identity, complex trauma, anxiety and depression. I am psychodynamically trained and work with a trauma-informed relational anti-oppressive lens. I received my MSW in clinical social work from Smith College School for Social Work. I use she/her pronouns.
