My goal is to develop a positive therapeutic relationship with my clients to help them achieve their highest potential for social, emotional and mental well-being. I work with individuals and families to identify thought processes and behaviors that affect their relationships and daily functioning. Together we develop strategies to implement positive change. My experience includes 10 years working with diverse populations of children and adults, which has allowed me to gain a broader perspective on the problems that occur throughout different stages of life.
