Each client is different and thus it is important that each session be tailored to specific needs so that he/she can feel comfortable and work towards understanding himself/herself today in order to reach a brighter future tomorrow. I am passionate in helping my clients understand and overcome any issues in their lives, both past and present. My therapeutic approach blends person-centered therapy with cognitive behavioral treatments and techniques to help my clients reach their goals.
