We are walking through an historic change in our culture. Any time there is uncertainty, anxiety emerges. Although positive changes (eg a new baby, new home, new job) can prompt anxiety, the perception of negative or punitive changes understandably impact us more. Please reach out for emotional support! The term coach feels much more of a descriptor of the type of therapy I offer. I’ve walked alongside clients for more than 10 years in a variety of settings offering education and perspective. I use evidence-based practices as well as cutting edge techniques combined with laughter to help each client reach the goals important to them.
