I help couples overcome awkward moments in their relationship. Infidelity, rekindling connections after many years together and working though substance abuse issues in the relationship are my specialties. Additionally, I help individuals with learning how to manage depression and conquer feelings of anxiety. Through a compassionate heart and listening ears, I use a holistic approach to therapy, learning each one’s unique story by incorporating hope and resilience. For couples, I move them past stuck points and help them explore changes necessary for growth in their relationship. Clients grow when they feel comfortable with their therapist.
