I have extensive experience working with depression, anxiety, chronic & acute illness, trauma, life transitions, & grief and loss. I work within a practice, Original Path Counseling, which offers group counseling to teens & adults. We specialize in DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) & run groups throughout the Spring & Fall.
