I understand most people want fast results – to feel better – as soon as possible! So, depending on your preference, along with some different specialties I know, we can accomplish your goal(s). I am a calm listener, as well as an active therapist. I also believe in suggesting things to do between sessions to help support your work and keep things moving along. I offer individual, couples/marital, and family therapy, 13 years and older; however, will provide services in some cases under 13, especially those who have experienced a recent traumatic event. I have 30 yrs of experience to offer & a lot of energy to work with you! I can help you with relationship/marital/family issues, women’s issues, depression, anxiety, anger, past abuse/trauma, etc. I am trained in some specialty areas to additionally help process issues quicker than traditional talk therapy. I am someone who will take your lead in what YOU want to achieve in this process and offer my areas of expertise to help us do that
