I understand that life can be challenging at times. It takes courage to reach out for help. My counseling journey began in the field of social work in Pennsylvania. Experiences in child welfare, perinatal and maternal health, medical social work, midwifery, sexual trauma, grief/loss, inpatient psychiatric care and hospice shaped my current journey. I have worked in various settings in the therapeutic field that have encapsulated a well rounded career and life experience enabling me to bring to the table a unique approach for each individual. Currently I work with a myriad of concerns including: anxiety, depression, trauma, woman’s issues and grief/loss. Christian counseling and life-coaching are two of my passions. I enjoy working with children, teenagers, and adults. I love helping people discover breakthrough and change old thought patterns to help identify the root cause to problems. My passion is to help people discover their purpose, incorporating various tools and instruments to uncover the truth about who they are as they search for meaning and pursue the destiny in their life.
