I treat Trauma and PTSD. It is my passion to help clients rebuild their sense of self and become whole. People who have experienced parental neglect, sexual/physical abuse, bullying &trauma may encounter that they are not always able to stand up for themselves. I also help clients with Personal Boundary and Self Confidence Coaching. Trauma can appear as: somatic complaints, low confidence, anger, seeing situations play over and over in your head; as well as, feelings of anxiety or depression. Have you been told that you are “too sensitive” or take everything personally? Is it hard to separate your feelings from what others are feeling? Counseling will give you the tools to: Tell your story, Build resilience, Place personal boundaries, Navigate trauma, grief and build coping skills. I have successfully helped clients recover from physical, emotional and sexual trauma. I am honored to be considered as a guide to help you on your way.
