I use a collaborative approach to matching client needs with well-researched methods. I treat adults and kids. My interpersonal style tends to be down-to-earth and person-to-person while guiding through psychological and behavioral process. Direction provided as needed. I apply theoretically sound therapies such as Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Functional Analytic Psychotherapy (an interpersonal approach), and CBT. Assessing and treating kids while coaching parents is a favorite part of my practice.
