I find great joy in helping people increase their self-worth, finding their voices, and bettering their lives overall. I have been practicing clinical psychology in Charleston since 2004. My clinical interests have been helping individuals, families, and couples, dealing with challenging life events and struggles. Recently, I have decided to update my practice and incorporating a more life coaching model. I help clients dealing with various life events such as parenting, relationships, divorce, mild mood disorders, and health issues, ranging from serious illness to bereavement. I aim to teach clients better coping skills to equip and empower them to become their own advocate. During this process I watch my clients blossom and thrive.
