Life is 10% what happens to you, and 90% how you react to it… We will work together in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment to increase understanding of which life choices have been healthy and adaptive, and which ones can be learned from and improved. There are no mistakes, as long as one learns from them. I have been working with clients with eating disorders, mood disorders, anxiety and obsessive/compulsive disorders for over twenty years in an out-patient mental health setting, and am extremely grateful for every day I’m granted the ability to help someone during their time of need.
