Motherhood is not always how you expect it to be. For some it is fiiled with anxiety and depression. You are not alone, 1 in 7 women will experience some form of anxiety and/or depression during pregnancy and/or up to a year postpartum. It does not have to be this hard, you do not have to do this alone. My specialty is Maternal Mental Health. I work with women trying to become pregnant, during pregnancy and through all stages of motherhood. My private practice is committed to serving women struggling with pregnancy loss, prenatal and postpartum adjustment, and those who experience perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. I have specialized training in the assessment, treatment and advanced practice of postpartum depression by the Postpartum Stress Center and Postpartum Support International.
