Ruth Saenz

Ruth is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has experience working with children, adolescents and adults.  Ruth earned a Master of Arts degree in Counseling from St. Edward’s University and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco. Ruth utilizes an eclectic approach to therapy and uses variety of modalities. Ruth currently specializes in Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy. She utilizes an eclectic approach to therapy and integrates a variety of techniques and modalities.
