I have provided counseling to individuals and couples for 20 years. I enjoy working with adults ages 18 to 80. I strive to create a safe and confidential setting where clients may explore the personal and relationship issues causing stress in their lives, draw on their strengths to resolve solvable problems and utilize adaptive coping skills to manage issues that are more chronic or complex.
