I currently have openings for new clients and can continue weekly sessions through Teletherapy using video. I work primarily with teens and young adults, as well as their parents and caregivers. Many of us know the experience of being lost in yourself and your values. The impact of over-accommodating and adapting can often show up in anxiety, depression, and trauma. As a counselor, I work to dig deeper into you or your family’s individuality while holding onto your community and places where you feel a sense of belonging. Digging deeper looks like listening closely to your words, what your body is revealing, and the relational dynamics playing out. The challenges that come up in life have a voice of their own—therapy is a place to interpret, find understanding, and choose how you want to respond to what is unfolding.
