We all face situations throughout life that can make us feel overwhelmed and in need of support, encouragement, strategic planning or goal setting. This may involve family life transitions, a parent-child relationship, peers groups, marriage, divorce, social issues, academic challenges or behavioral issues. As your therapist, I will take a team approach to help you to achieve your goals and overcome the challenges you face. I subscribe to a holistic systematic process of psychotherapy. I believe that a person’s biological, social, psychological and spiritual well-being play a critical role in the healing process. I specialize in working with adolescents, teens young adults and their families.
