“Life is Difficult.” – M. Scott Peck My intention as a psychotherapist is to create a safe space for my clients to heal and grow. To accomplish this, I utilize a number of modalities including talk therapy, energy psychology, cognitive behavioral (CBT) and rational emotive therapy. I believe that each client deserves a relationship with their therapist that is safe, authentic and genuinely unique to their situation(s) which fosters growth and challenges ineffective beliefs. To that end, we work as a team or partnership! I live my life as a survivor of multiple types of cancer and immune deficiencies, seeing each day as an opportunity to attend to my health (gym, spiritual practice and healthy nutritional habits) then to share that health with my clients, spouse and family.
