Pippa Humphrey

I am dedicated to helping people cope with life’s changes. Whether it’s divorce, going to college, the death of a person in your life, a marriage, a recent diagnosis of serious illness, or moving, all of these changes, good and bad, come with the loss of the old way of life. It can be difficult at times to cope with the intense emotions that may accompany these changes. My goal is to work together with you to help you find your footing, and regain a passion and zest for life. I enjoy working with adults, college-aged students, and young adults. My specialty areas are helping people who are grieving the death of a person in their life, coming to terms with a serious illness or divorce, or adjusting to recent diagnosis of a family member or friend. It can be difficult, and sometimes lonely, navigating change and transition. Working with someone who can help sort out complex, and often opposing, feelings can lead to peace and growth.
