The ideal clients at New Avenues Counseling are children struggling in school or at home, parents that need new strategies to address a child’s behaviors, and individuals suffering from social anxiety or those who want to learn new coping mechanisms. At New Avenues Counseling we see children, adolescents, adults and families to work on issues including, but not limited to: anxiety, depression, poor self-esteem, behavior outbursts, negative coping mechanisms, and anger management issues. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor as well as a Child Centered Play Therapist. As such I have a wide variety of training working with children adolescents, adults and families. I focus on building a relationship with all of my clients to develop, broaden, and strengthen their support systems. I offer child, individual, and family counseling sessions.
