Psychotherapy is a personal, intimate journey towards self-understanding and self-acceptance in the company of a curious, non-judgmental, empathetic guide. We’ll look at patterns; what’s worked and what hasn’t and to create new, authentic ways to navigate life in a healthy, authentic way. I am the founder and owner of Dharma Wellness Institute in Rapid City. My practice brings an interdisciplinary approach that integrates Western psychological theory with Eastern mind/body/spirit traditions. In addition to my private practice I work for The Brain Injury Rehabilitation Center providing counseling for individuals in a post acute setting.
