My approach is collaborative; I use a combination of narrative and solution focus therapies, cognitive behavioral techniques and mindfulness, using holistic approaches working with clients on coping strategies while providing support to finding joy in the midst of struggle. My background as a clinical social worker has grounded my practice in evidence-based treatment strategies.
