My services are designed to help the individual understand and successfully deal with emotional or relational problems which she or he may be experiencing. My goals are to help each client to change or adopt behavior patterns which are healthy and lead to outcomes desired by the client, and to assist the client to feel better about her or him self. My approach is always supportive and based on my belief in the ability of human beings to grow and to heal from the psychological wounds we all carry.
