As our clients, you can expect a safe, therapeutic, and non judgmental environment to process your emotions and better understand yourself. We will help you feel safe, secure, and heard. We primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy, as well as a client centered/strength based approach. However, we are open to adapting our therapeutic techniques to help you achieve your desired goals. Together, we will learn how to reframe negative thinking into positive thoughts, with the belief that positive thinking is what leads to positive results. We will also learn how to accept difficult challenges in life that we have little to no control over, as well as develop healthy and effective coping skills to alleviate stress.
