Therapist Overview

Relationship issues and chronic illness are the two primary focuses of my practice. Relationship therapy includes couples counseling, sex/intimacy issues, divorce, co-parenting, parent-child relationship, and other significant relationships in one’s life. Therapy for chronic illness encompasses learning healthy lifestyle habits to support limitations, navigating the health/sick care system, existential worries, grief, and creating your best support system. I have a particular interest in helping those with sleep disorders and chronic fatigue. LGBTQIA, non-traditional relationships, and BDSM/kink are all welcome and supported here. I strive to build a trusting relationship with my clients through compassionate listening and empathy, as I consider this to be one of the strongest factors in therapeutic change. I will gently guide you into a greater awareness of yourself, so that you can integrate and rebuild into a healthier you. My Master’s degree is from John F. Kennedy University a
