As a Certified Addiction Recovery Coach, I work with individuals at any point in their recovery journey. Whether you aren’t sure that you have a substance abuse problem, you would like to explore different options for sobriety, you are just leaving a an inpatient facility, or you need more frequent interaction and accountability staying sober – I can assist you to identify pathways to healing that are unique to you. I also specialize in benzodiazepine addiction. Recovery from benzos can be a complicated and long process and stopping abruptly can result in death. As a person in recovery, I can help others going through this challenge Together we will develop your goals, support systems, accountability criteria and detailed plans to overcome barriers and obstacles to sobriety.
