In my professional career, I’ve worked with Humanitarian agencies and Peacekeeping Operations in Africa, Asia and Eastern Europe. Here in South Florida, my work has been focused on refugees and refugee service providers. I work with people in helping professions: Aid workers, Immigration Attorneys, Case Workers. I most enjoy helping people to unravel and heal old wounds by living through and healing new ones. I use EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help people understand their patterns and begin to make the changes they seek. Not every approach works for every person. My goal is help you in the way that is best for you.
