Therapist Overview

I love to work with clients who are ready for change. I often work with survivors of trauma and those struggling with symptoms of anxiety and depression. I wholeheartedly believe in the value and strength of the human spirit and deeply enjoy helping others discover that, as well. By creating an environment that is safe and confidential, we can work toward true healing, growth, balance, and authenticity–living a life that is true to who you are. I enjoy partnering with people to work toward their mental wellness goals, putting them in the driver’s seat and supporting them according to their needs. Sometimes this means focusing on processing past traumas, sometimes this means sorting through present stresses, and sometimes this means learning and practicing mental health tools. If you are in need of mental health support, I would love to hear from you to see if my counseling style is the right fit for you. There are many ways to reach out to me, including email, phone, or through my web
