To connect more intimately to who you are and what you want out of your life is a radical step. Choosing to invest in yourself and recover an authentic and valued approach to life requires hard work and commitment. Primarily, I work with the following groups of people: 1) Those who love someone with substance use habits that feel harmful to the loved one 2) Individuals (13 and older) impacted by chronic illness and co-occurring mental health problems 3) Individuals with a history of significant adversity and or first family trauma 4) People who are negatively impacted by living in a settler colonial, capitalist society. The story of how we experience our lives and relationships is generational. Our patterns of behavior are connected to the generations that came before us and those who will come after.
