Therapist Overview

I work with college students and young adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationships, and trauma. I enjoy helping people to reduce suffering, stop harmful behaviors, increase positive emotions, and build healthy relationships. In addition to my private practice, I’m on the Psychology faculty of the Harvard Medical School Department of Psychiatry. I lead Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Groups, in which group members learn and practice new skills to increase self-acceptance, improve relationships, manage emotions more effectively, and reduce impulsivity. We focus on four modules of skills: Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotion Regulation, and Distress Tolerance. Currently all groups are held online using secure video-conferencing. I look forward to hearing from you.
