Having trained at Northwestern University, Dr. Lynch has comprehensive experience working in community and private treatment settings. As co-founder of the Embody Love Movement 501(c)(3), she supports girls and women in their relationship with food, well-being, and self-esteem. Combined with her life experience in business and mind-body science, she has unique insight and capacity to work with highly driven professionals, trauma, adoption, and relationship conflict.
