Therapist Overview

My main goal in therapy is to help you find your inner power in order to take charge of your own life. I recognize that all human beings need love and approval; however, if we place the foundation of our worth in the hands of others, we condemn ourselves to a life of always trying to please. I believe the key to meeting this need is finding the deepest sense of love and approval within yourself. My therapeutic style is direct and honest without ever sacrificing compassion or empathy. I am greatly inspired by Brené Brown, Natalie Rogers, and Victor Frankl. I have experience working with clients who are struggling with body image, eating disorders, depression, relationship problems, anxiety, personality disorders, and attachment disorders, to name a few. To see if I feel like a good fit for you, please use email as the form of contact. I schedule all consult calls through email.
