Finding one’s strength to create change and trust in the ability to do so can be challenging. Reaching out does not make you weak, rather gives you an opportunity to believe in yourself and recognize your abilities. While it may be difficult to admit to challenges in your life whatever they may be; how you choose to manage them and make the connection with someone you can trust in the process is the beginning of finding the best you. I feel honored to have the opportunity to work with you. Having the opportunity to hear your story is a privilege. Working with you to recognize your strengths, build on them, and live your best life is my goal. Whether you believe your struggles are big or small, they are equally important. This is your time to believe in yourself and know your are brave. My hope is that you feel comfortable and safe, alleviating symptoms associated with, anxiety and depression, history of trauma, grief and loss, perinatal mental health, or substance use. Allowing yourself to recognize your strengths, build on them, and find peace within, allows you to recognize how amazing you are.
