I also believe in building and fostering resiliency which can come in the form of learning new skills, creating healthy relationships to form a sense of belonging, and/or creating new perceptions of your life and experiences. My work with children is typically joint work with you and your child. My specialty is early childhood mental health, including infants and toddlers. My work is based in attachment theory, childhood development, an awareness of individual and family culture, and includes a trauma perspective.
